Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients:

¼ medium carrot

½ small onion

¼ pepper

50g bean sprouts

1 mushrooms

½ clove garlic

15ml vegetable oil

15ml soy sauce

1 sheet egg noodles

Method:

  1. Wash, peel and finely slice carrot into batons.

  2. Peel and slice onion.

  3. Remove seeds from pepper, wash and slice into thin strips.

  4. Wash and slice mushrooms.

  5. Rinse beansprouts.

  6. Peel and crush garlic.

  7. Heat oil in pan and add the carrots and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

  8. Add the onion, peppers, mushrooms and garlic and stir fry for a further 3 minutes.

  9. Add the beansprouts and stir fry for 2 minutes.

  10. Pour over sauce and stir.

  11. Cook noodles, (according to packet), and stir through stir fry .

  12. Serve.
