Adverse Weather

If the school is closed due to adverse weather then parents and carers will be advised of this via a text message to the main contact’s mobile number. The information also appears on the Plockton High School facebook page. An update is also sent to the Highland Council webpage  www.highland.gov.uk/schoolclosures which provides up-to-date information about school closures.

 

Many of our pupils travel in by bus so it is also worth checking the social media pages of local transport companies as they may also post updates on the road conditions on their routes in the mornings during periods of poor weather.
